It's liposomal, so the rating, it will definitely produce positive effects on severly deficient vit c people but the is very very suboptimal.RDA of vit c may be 40 to 90 mg a day but vit c research pioneers have consistently shown that you need thousands of milligrams of vit c for optimal functioning of body.Instead of this costly supplement you can easily take cheap ascorbic acid along natural vit c containing vegetables and fruit consistently.

It’s a very low dose might not help much

An American functional medicine doctor recommended Liposomal Vit. C in one of her books which is why I decided to buy this supplement. But what's confusing is that on Amazon's site it's written that the amount of Vitamin C is 500 mg, but on the back of the supplement, it says that the amount is 350 mg. There's also 40 mg written somewhere on the label. So, what really is the amount of liposomal Vit C in 1 capsule? Your guess is as good as mine. If the amount of Vit C is really 40 mg, then I can't believe I paid Rs. 899 for it. Lastly, it contains fillers such as turmeric extract, gum arabic and lecithin. When I buy a supplement, I expect it to conatin zero fillers. I regret buying this product.

I purchased it after reading review from Amazon regarding warts along with liver detox. And within a month, the number of flat warts got reduced to more than half. My dermatologist too got shocked to see the difference.
