Good quality belt

Value for Money and Good Quality
Love the product. Good quality. Would’ve been more comfortable if I use a grip but for now not too bad. Resistance is also good. Would recommend for beginners. Will probably try other weights of the same brand.

Misleading claims
The product description claims it's strength equivalent to 30-45 Kg. But actually, its strength is less than my other band from BoldFit whose strength is equivalent to 15-25 Kg.I haven't been to a gym in about 3 years. Still I was able to do 28 reps of biceps curls. At gym, I was never able to do 10 reps with 30 Kg weight. And I was able to do 30 reps of overhead press - like out of dream.

Best to buy not to get confused with other brands.
After a month, the resistance bands are still in good condition with no cuts or anything else. But elasticity decreases day by day not too much just slightly.I brought 3 resistance bands with door anchor.1. 7-15kg2. 15-30kg3. 30-45kgThey are best in the market with almost no rubber smell.Better rubber quality and better stretch.Go with it without thinking...My weight is around 55kg and I'm a beginner.I would suggest everyone who is a beginner to buy yellow band also (3-5kg) because in some exercises 7-15kg for a beginner gets difficult.Or U have 3 choices if you are a beginner go with1. Yellow and red2. Yellow , red and black3. Yellow, red , black and purpleBlack and Purple can be used only when your strength increase till then these two resistance bands (black and purple) are useless for you.
