this book deals with materials, thread pitches grading. unless it is a ISO, DIN, ANS and inch type fastener, it is not included in this book. it is concise and very educational. were as we sell AN in our shop, as well as JIC and inverted flare as well as ORB and BPS, this book, other than say materials and screw pitches, will do little in the line of mechanical fittings and aircraft fasteners. we use the book almost daily and the provided gauge is like a well worn pair of shoes, you'll use it more often than that of separate tools. you will not be disappointed.

Q: Whats the difference between the inch edition & the first edition
