I’ve been using these Grillmates every month if not every week for over 10 years. Brings big flavor to your meat in a matter of minutes. I’ve marinaded in as little time (minutes) as the package claims but typical time is 30 minutes or longer. I like to use this on chicken, pork, lamb, and seafood. Occasionally I’ll use some to season pasta with pasta water. When using as a marinade, I’ll keep some in reserve to brush on while grilling or blend with some melted butter to drizzle over when plating up. These grillmates come in a variety of flavors. I’ve got 4 or 5 favorites I keep stocked up like Chipotle, and Garlic Herb & Wine. Most go together the same way (water, oil, and vinegar or balsamic) and most flavors have alternative suggestions for ingredients that are worth trying out. I’m able to grill 52 weeks out of the year but I see no reason these flavors couldn’t be used in a crock pot or oven.

I love this McCormick marinade mix. During grilling season, I buy a big family pack of chicken breast on the weekend, toss it in this marinade, then I have a quick dinner ready to go during the week. I just need to grill the chicken and fix a side to go with it.I always prepare the marinade with balsamic vinegar and drizzle a balsamic glaze on the chicken after grilling. I like to use the Roland original glaze but you can try any balsamic glaze, I've tried the versions with blood orange, pomegranate, etc., and its always delicious.Its easy to dry out boneless skinless chicken breast, but if I use this marinade and monitor the temperature with an instant read thermometer when I grill it comes out perfect. I monitor the temperature to cook the chicken breast to 160 degrees, which takes 8-10 minutes on my grill depending on the size of the chicken breast. After it gets to 160, I place it on foil, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and close up the foil to keep it warm while it rests for ~5 minutes. It always comes out perfect. Its a really delicious, quick, and healthy meal option during the week. I don't even need to dirty a pan making it!

We use this often to marinate chicken breasts with this. It adds such a great flavor. It really adds some pizzaz when we bake or bbq chicken. We have also used it to marinate chicken before we make fajitas. Highly recommend!

Have been using this for several years. Makes chicken taste great. Just mix it up, pour over chicken and bake or cook on stove top. So easy!

We have a subscription for delivering this. Yum. We eat it weekly because it's simple, quick, goes with what ever is in the house right now.

I was buying these from the store when suddenly I could not find them anywhere for several weeks. It's like they ran out of this particular flavor. So what do I do - come to Amazon to see if they have it and what do you know, they sell it in bulk! Great price for something that I know I will get around to using sooner or later. I primarily use this seasoning for salmon and yum yum. Probably taste great on other meats as well.
