We split the cost of the butterfly knifes and each got one and will be typing seperate sections.Black: I think it is good quaility and it is one of the funnest fidget toys I have.Rainbow: Personnally I really like the color and the shape of the blade. It does have a lot of play (The handles moving apart) but you can easily learn intermediate tricks with this. The latch if you play with it for long enough will get loose enough that it gets annoying in tricks, but you can get it off real easy with pliers.Silver: I think it is amazing that they could give such an amazing product for so little money. I will say you should probably pick up some lubricant before getting these. Ours came ok, enough to do tricks with, but our friends came EXTREMELY stiff. Which is ok, because with a little lubricant it will loosen up just fine. I have seen a lot of reviewers complaining that their knives fell apart easily. For me that has NOT happened. I have had my knife for a little more then a month now, using it 4-5 hours a day, and it is still holding up GREAT. The screws have loosened up a little, and it has developed more play, but for $5? VERY good value for the money. I would also like to say a few things about the flipping of knives in general. For some of the tricks you will have to practice a LOT. and I mean like 2 hours. Second, if you want to learn tricks but don't know where to start, I reccomend either squid industries videos or big flips.

I bought these for me and my roommates (because one of them keeps playing with knives and this is a much safer option), and they really enjoyed these as a gift! I kept the multicolored one for myself though because it's just so pretty.These work well, both as a fidget toy and as practice butterfly knives. My only complaint is that the little closure that locked the knife did pop out very easily, and we couldn't get it back in- that only happened with one knife though, and the fact that we couldn't pry it apart to fix it does say good things about its durability.

I brought it to teach someone on how to use a butterfly knife. It’s also a good tool to carry around for personal protection even if it’s not sharp. It still can hurt a would be attacker if used correctly and strikes at vital body parts. A real butterfly knife is illegal to carry here in the US (at least in California).I agree with other reviewers about it being a bit tight. And because of the pin stoppers and notches, it does not close and open correctly because the notches are too shallow. I have to file the notches bigger and deeper on both sides of the butterfly covers so it will open and close properly and comfortably on my hand, especially for smaller hands like my wife’s.

My son loves them, learned quick and didn't hurt himself. Its hit the floor more than I can count and still works as it should.

Not the best quality , they look amazing , there light weight , not very durable, sticky and not easy to use. The screws are to tight

Weight and craftsmanship on point with these. Well made and durable. If you’re just starting out like I was these are perfect for price and quality. Face it they are gonna be dropped and you will want to pick them up and keep practicing. These have lasted the rest of time and they flip just like they did when I first got them. Easy buy

My son is into learning how to do tricks with butterfly knives. He was so thrilled with receiving three to practice with. They have a little bit of weight and feel very solidly made.He prefers the colorful one of the other two because it moves the smoothest out of the three. He was a little disappointed that each of them had a different level of smoothness while handling, but he believes the other two may work well after adjusting the screws. He has been so busy using the colorful one that he hasn't given much thought to fixing the other two.Overall, this is still a great buy for the variety and quality of the butterfly knives. We don't regret the purchase.
