B12 is actually proven to help in many ways, hence if you think about it, older people are offered B12 injections. I have seen this help people both mentally and physically and wanted to give them a go knowing that my mind and body had been through a lot recently.The tablets are tiny and taste like a berry sweet, it's said that under the tongue is the best way to absorb these vitamins and personally I like to pop one in my mouth before I walk out the door in the morning.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Just started as it has 3 forms of Vit B12 source, chewing beneath tongue seems good on sublingual release. Its priced high and couldn't be happier on pricing point as its not competitive. Product is good I suppose, they need to make it competitive on their pricing strategy.

I began taking this supplement last year in desperation. After suffering debilitating Menopause symptoms for years My B12 levels were low but not considered by my GP to justify B12 injections as they were within ‘range’ according to UK guidance!After a lot of independent research I realised that all my symptoms pointed to a B12 deficiency, let’s be honest, one size does NOT fit all where our bodies are concerned!Within 6 weeks of starting these supplements, my exhaustion had eased, brain fog had reduced ,joint pain subsided and I was sleeping better and not having attacks of pins and needles every night!.This has continued ever since.They taste great, have no side effects and I don’t think I will ever stop taking them.I have recommended to many of my friends of a similar age and they have all had positive results!They are great value and so good!

I bought these after my GP had treated me for low B12. She recommended I keep my levels even. Had a recent blood test and levels are good. I can’t categorically say the tablets are responsible but I don’t want to run the risk of levels dropping as the symptoms aren’t pleasant. So yes I’d recommend if your doctor gives the thumbs up

They are small, so go under the tongue easily, though I do find they “migrate” so needs a bit of concentration to keep them in place! They are supposed to dissolve quite quickly but I find it’s about 10 minutes for me, which is ok. I think if they melt too quickly the product might have less chance of getting into the bloodstream? I take them along side the Igennus Methyl B Complex as I have a variant on my MTHFR gene so need the methyl type. My one issue is that they have bulking agent & anti caking agent which is not great so I’m looking at an alternative as suggested by a naturopathic healthcare professional.
