TO SWITCH ON: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON ON THE FRONT ONLY VERY BRIEFLY
When we first received the Boombox, we could not turn it on!We contacted KLIM customer services (via their given website), explained the problem & was advisedto press the 'on/off' button on the front only very briefly (not for 3 seconds as in the manual!) & thebox will fire up. This we did and it came to life immediately.Once working it is lovely, very good sound & flashing coloured lights.Thank you also to KLIM customer service adviser (Samuelle) who gave us this good advice!Brilliant customer service!

Good value for features on offer.
Great that it is mains and rechargeable internal batteries powered. Easy to use. Good sound. As a sound engineer I use it to provide background music from cd and memory stick.

The media could not be loaded. Iv bought this for my autistic son ,who loves sensory lights etc.He will absolutely love this on Xmas morning.Thank You to Klim team .

Very disappointing Santa present 😢
This was a Santa present for my 9 year old daughter. On Christmas Day it worked great but by Stephen’s day it wouldn’t work. Inside where the cd goes it is very light and of poor quality and it wouldn’t read the cd’s. My child was very upset over this and I trying to explain to her how these things can happen and that I’ll buy her a new 1 but I said I wouldn’t be able to buy the same as Santa. The flashing lights on the cd player were a big plus and the reason I bought it however I am upset too that it didn’t remain working. Is there anything that can be done about this for us? I don’t see any damage but it just won’t work. It’s a lot of money to pay out on an item and it break just like that. Also just to say I spent over €500 on a Christmas order the middle of December 2023. Hopefully someone will contact me to help with this issue.

Does job I wanted
Bought for listening to cds whilst in my garage. Ideal for that. Much smaller than expected. Not a bad sound. Would recommend along those lines.
