Works ok do fast charges few devices but not all, neither do it have a very premium finish, it's feels like a light weight plastic outer covering, to be honest it's totally expensive just the brand name cost

One of the worst product, simply waste of money. My main requirement was fast charging but this one fails in that. In product description it's clearly mentioned as fast charging but it's completely opposite too slow in charge, battery life is rubbish. It will get heat within 30-35 mins, really disappointed from Duracell

Excellent service from Duracell Customer Care Team. I’m using this charger for last 2 years, it’s a very good charger indeed. But it was having some issue from last month so i contacted the customer care and they replaced my change hassel-free. I totally recommend duracell car charger!
