This item is a 4 star bath toy and a 5 star regular toy. Any little toy that has a teeny tiny hole will trap water inside and mold. I LOVE these animals and use them with my 10 month old as we read books. We play peekaboo. Practice animal sounds. She practices patting them gently. Kissing them. Hugging them. She chooses the animal out of a group. We count them. She puts them in the little container. She shakes them and makes them rattle. We put them on the edge of the bed and knock them off and see them fall down. I say “Oh no! Ouchy!” to help her understand falling. I can see her playing make believe with them when she’s older. They are the perfect size for her hand. Easy to wipe down.I had a set for my first and ran a few thru the dishwasher and they melted. NOT dw safe! Also, you get an extra of one animal. I’d like to have a rhino or a snake as I have books about those animals.I wrote a similar review for the farm animals, the jungle animals give you 11 animals plus an extra while the farm animals give you 10 animals and 2 extras. These are very, very cute and I could see a toddler only needing a few more things to complete the perfect toy collection!!

These worked perfectly for my zoo themed preschool unit! I wanted to play a hands on matching game with letters and still stick with my theme. I took these animals and marked a letter on them and then drew letters on the driveway with sidewalk chalk. The kids took the zoo animal and went and matched them up with the sidewalk chalk letter. These worked perfectly! Great for little hands to hold and carry. I just wanted something cheap to use and these were the cheapest I could find. Quality was better than I expected. They were actually kind of shiny as opposed to the dull plastic you typically find on toys like these so that was a nice surprise! I think we’ll have these around for quite some time!

Had a zoo outing last weekend with a three year old and one year old girl. I bought this for the one year old. The figures are stylized yet recognizable,small enough for her to handle and play with but large enough to be safe for her. Having a permanent storage unit is also great. I bought more realistic animals for the three year old, so no jealousy or competition between the sisters. A nice item at a very reasonable price.

This is the perfect gift for young kids! I purchased this as a gift for my 2 year old niece and she absolutely loved it.The toys come in a bucket so it makes clean up after play time a piece of cake. The zoo animals are fun and the design is cute. It was a great activity to teach her all the sounds animals make and the names of all of the animals. The animals are light and good for water play too or bath time. The extra perk is the great price. We are taking her to a zoo soon for the first time so it really was the perfect gift. I bought it for my 2 yr old son. He enjoys it an so does his older brothers an sister. Its nice an soft like bath tube yellow ducky.

I bought this for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas and he loves playing with the animals! It is the perfect size for his hands to play with. He loves sorting them, making the animal sounds, recognizing beginning sounds of each animal and placing the animal on the letter that it starts with. I bought him a rug that is a zoo and he places the animal in zoo with its natural habitat. Perfect gift for a 2 year old that will grow with him.

These figures are great. I have the safari and farm animals and my kids (2.5 years) and (8 months) loves them. They both play with them differently but both still enjoy them. I don’t use these for bath time though. I don’t like the toys with holes in them for the water, for a fear of getting moldy inside. So I use these for teaching and playing outside of the bath. The containers these come in are perfect too. Twist top so the kids can’t get into them by themselves and there’s a handle on it so moving them around is easy. The colors are vibrant and details on the animals good.
