Q: Will this damage wood floors? If so, how do i protect my floors?

I used tried it a bit on hard wood floors & it didn't scratch the floor. It has a rubber bottom so I don't see why it would damage any floor but you can always use it on a rubber mat to be safe.

Q: Is it hard to actually use this and be productive at work?

I have been using this Balance Board for several months now and I love it! The fatigue cushioning is fabulous. The board move just enough to allow you to shift your weight and stretch your legs, without requiring any actual focused 'balancing'. I would recommend this product; I am very happy with it.

Q: I find my back hurting when essentially standing in place while cooking, washing dishes. Would this help with that?

yes this has help my back a great deal while standing. I find with out it i lean to one side creating a bigger problem with my back hurting because i am pushing my spine more out of alignment. This board helps me stabilize my core and less stress on my back.

Q: What is the weight limit for this?

While the specs says 300 lbs, the board does start to creak around 180lbs. it'll still hold. I was able to stand on it, carry a few weights and loaded up to 250lbs before it starts to really make sounds where the foot plate meets the curved bottom.
