Huge help - USE STICKUM TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING
Update 5/8/25: Like many reviewers I find these move during the day and even hurt if they move enough. Solution? Use Stickum. Hollywood uses it to put fake stuff on actors faces and bodies, the prosthetics industry uses it to keep arificial limbs from moving. They say it lasts 8 hours, my experience is 14 hours. Use the roll-on applicator to put stickum on the bottome of the foot, outside edge of your foot, the upper part of your foot towrds the arch and the arch side of your foot. Then put the support where is works best for you and apply the velcroe straps. I use the following form Amazon: ABSOLUTE SUPPORT It Stays! Butt Glue for Dancers Roll On - Body Adhesive Glue Applicator for Wigs, Socks, Stockings, Leotards, Bras, Costumes and Clothing - Made in USA - 2 fl oz Clear. It's $17 but don't worry you won't use much as I descibe below.I put it on about 7:30 a.m. and take it at 11 p.m. offbefore bed. It washes off withwater, even a damp cloth BUT once off at the end of the day, you notice no feeling of adhesive on your feet to mess up your sheets, hop right into bed. Oddly the foot support also is dry and smooth, no feeling of stickum. After doing this a few times you can almost go 7 days or so days without more stickum on the bootom of your feet because, oddly, while it feels dry when you put it back on the next day, after a while the heat of your foot kind of re-activates the stickiness and sure enough that night when you peel it off you'll feel the adhesion, yet you saved on the stickum. Or you can just add some stickum now and again, not every day. Your mileage may vary, fool around with it.My prior review follows:1. Nowadays most shoe inserts, like skechers, have a cushioned heel which extends forward far enough forward that when you add the copper fit arch relief product, you have too much height at the back of the copper fit and its uncomfortable. When I moved flat shoe inserts from other old shoes into my skechers it made a huge improvement. (inserts are lightly glued in place and you can get them out).2. The copper fit product makes it clear that the higher side will be on the big toe side of your foot. Oddly when I reverse it on my foot so the arrows are on the little toe side of the foot it still helps and is less obtrusive inside certain shoes. It's like two different products in one.I can now walk on the floor without shoes or step-thru sandals on which I used to have adhesive pads. I'm no longer limping with pain in my left foot by the middle of the day and my gait which was affecting my right hip has vastly improved. I no longer end the day with a left foot so stiff I can't flex it let alone wiggle my toes. Although the flat inserts are a great improvement, I may search other versions of this product for less lift or shorter length from the front edge to back edge. I highly recommend these.

These would be subjective as to their value
THERE. I believe the title says it all. Like many arch support products, there is a niche market for these, as I'm sure they've helped zillions, just not me. But I understand having finicky feet and what works well for teeming masses of flat footed bon vivants may not include MY particular firm of misery. Having a firm, hard plastic arch straddling your appendage may very well work for you whilst I found them a little brutish at best and an over-priced novelty at least. If they'll take them back, give them a try. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest popping for the more expensive and worthy Aetrex line of orthotics, which are road proven by millions, but a tad on the pricey side. But, do you indeed get what you pay for? I think so and please note that whilst your arch may be supported by these, there's no forefoot or heel cushioning to be gained here. Your flats will still remain just that with the addition of half a hockey puck under your arch. To be fair, my wife has a pair she loves occasionally and then they go back in the sock drawer. The spandex style material is pretty comfy, just the support itself is hard as a clam shell. This would NOT be a good candidate for those with a heftier instep (notice how I didn't even imply FAT foot?) or those with a much larger foot as these are generally unisex and one size fits all. Best of luck in your search for relief indeed and keep persevering until you find the right little gem that works for you!

Comfortable
Perfect! I practice line dancing on a rubber mat in my socks. I needed some support and these are exactly what I was looking for. Completely adjustable for my size 6 foot. Very satisfied.
