Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18
I’ve been using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. As someone who’s always struggled to find a multivitamin that suits my lifestyle, this one has exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed review of my experience:Design & Packaging:First off, I love the design and packaging of Ritual Multivitamin. The bottle has a sleek, modern look, and the capsules are easy to swallow thanks to their smooth coating. I really appreciate that they are clearly labeled with the ingredients, making it easy to see exactly what I'm taking. The bottle itself is also well-sealed, ensuring freshness and keeping everything secure. The minimalist design is refreshing, and it looks great on my counter.Quality of Ingredients:The ingredients in the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ are top-tier. Ritual prides itself on transparency, and I really appreciate that. The vitamins and minerals included are all high-quality and carefully sourced. The blend contains essential nutrients like vitamin D, folate, omega-3s from algae oil, magnesium, and iron—all of which I personally need in my daily routine. I love that it's vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial fillers, which is a big plus for me.Digestibility & Taste:One of my biggest concerns with multivitamins has always been digestive issues or aftertaste, but Ritual Multivitamin has been a pleasant surprise. The capsules don’t upset my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus, the minty coating is a nice touch—it leaves a fresh taste in my mouth, which is a unique and thoughtful feature compared to other vitamins I’ve tried in the past.Effectiveness:After using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel more balanced and less fatigued throughout the day. My skin also seems a little clearer, which I attribute to the combination of vitamins and minerals in these capsules. I’ve always struggled with getting enough of certain nutrients from my diet, and this multivitamin helps fill the gaps. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the essential nutrients I need on a daily basis.Value for Money:While Ritual’s multivitamins are slightly pricier than some other brands on the market, I believe they’re worth the investment. The quality of ingredients, the transparency about sourcing, and the overall effectiveness make it a great value for someone like me who values high-quality supplements. Plus, with a subscription option, it’s convenient to have them delivered directly to my door every month, ensuring I never run out.

So easy to take – finally a vitamin I don’t dread!
I wasn’t sure if this would be worth it, but I’m so glad I tried Ritual. The capsules are clear with little beads suspended in oil, and they have a light minty flavor that makes them feel super clean, not gross or chalky like some others. They’re not too big, easy to swallow, and don’t upset my stomach, even without food. I’ve tried a lot of vitamins over the years and usually quit because they’re too big, smell weird, or make me nauseous. This one is totally different.Ritual feels like a brand I can actually trust, no shady ingredients or cheap fillers like you find in a lot of the so-called “top” brands.Everything is traceable and high quality, and it shows. It’s pricier than drugstore options, but I actually take them consistently, which makes it worth it. If you’ve struggled with staying on track with supplements, this is a game-changer.

Not all ingredients are for long term use -- N-Acetylcysteine, L-Methionine, Myo-inositol.
Look at the ingredients online. 1. This doesn't have all the vitamins you get from a multivitamin. 1. There are ingredients that aren't supposed to be taken for long periods of time, like L-Methionine, Myo-inositol, and N-Acetylcysteine. There's also ashwaganta and melatonin which both affect mood. This is a really weird combination along with low amounts of vitamins your body actually needs. After the 3rd day, I felt nausea again and returned it. Every page online doesn't show all the ingredients, but if you look up "traceable ingredients, ritual" then you may see all the other stuff that's in these. Certainly NOT a full multivitamin and the supplements are far from normal -- NOT recommended for long term use -- for example, some aren't good for the liver, kidney and people with asthma. It's a creative pill but not sure who it's meant for. Best to find a normal multi-vitamin and supplement what works for you (and your doctor). This is a mesh of ingredients that didn't make me feel well at all. I should have read more reviews. Hope this helps. Cheers

Will let you know..
Just got these, so I'll update my review after the 30 days. That minty taste is interesting. I think a flavorless capsule would have been fine, but it's not a big deal. None of the capsules I received have any sort of mold or questionable appearances to them. Here's a photo of the size comparison to a dime for anyone wanting more perspective on the size.I've noticed if you take with a meal, the fishy burps are more mitigated than taking them without food.

Love this Product!
I’ve been taking Ritual Women’s 18+ for over 5 years and love it. The high-quality, traceable ingredients set it apart from other supplements, and I’ve consistently felt a noticeable difference in my energy and overall health. The minty aftertaste is a bonus—so much better than the fishy taste most vitamins leave behind.

FISHY!
I just started taking these vitamins so I can't speak on if they work or not....The mint flavor is intense but once you swallow them it's over and it's fine. BUT the worst part is the burps that these cause & that taste like fish! I will not continue taking these because the constant fish flavored burps make me sick.
