these 1/4" square cable clips are wonderful for cat 7 flat internet cable. You can clip them on the cable where ever you want to place them without fear that they will fall off the cable , so that it is easy to drive the nail in with ease.

The clips I got are 8mm on the inside (7.75mm), 13.5mm +- on the outside. Fits a 2x 18AWG power cord to near perfection. Fits 5 USA pennies with a hair to spare, about 3.5 pennies deep. I haven't installed them but I know they are going to be perfect for this power cord I got them for.

Does the job but you won’t get more than one FLAT cable in there.
