As a diary it is to keep times of booked slots so can be seen by other people. Space also for additional notes of other activites each day. Wish it could be more sturdy/stronger as handled many times each day.

Dates jumbled
I use this diary for 2023 so purchased the same for 2024, sadly this one has arrived with completely jumbled dates so I've got to return
