Very good product, I bought 3 different companies product at a single time. I kept this one Ibell . Trust me one of the best sandwich maker I ever used. It's literally very good. One of the best Ibell. And the space was very big which also makes the product best. Coating and grilling top notch. Cook time was also very reasonable. Functionality is ok.

Its a pretty good value for money buy.. does what is intended/required.. i liked the design, the floating upper heating plate which allows me to grilled my extra layered thock sandwiches
