Thus is a great and authentic way of preparing a simple meal or an elegant sauce for friends, family and even your mother-in-law. We love it.

Tangy and creamy
This is quite an interesting suit base, that you may not be familiar with. It's both creamy and tangy at the same time almost like using a sour cream base, it goes very nicely with potato type soups, and lots of other Middle Eastern recipes available online. Although you do get everything you need in the kit if you just want a basic soup. I liked it enough that I would definitely want to try it again, but the price is fairly cost prohibitive for me.

Yummy Soup Base
So tasty! The texture is thick and creamy and makes the perfect soup base. And it's super filling and easy to make.

Damaged. They want it returned to be replaced.
Have ordered this before. It was good. This time it came leaking and damaged. (Amazon box was fine). Attempted to get it replaced and they wanted it sent back. Not worth hassle. Customer lost.

Good yogurt soup starter
This is a pit pricey at over twenty dollars at time of review. Despite this it's still a tasty soup starter. A lot of cultures use sour yogurt for dishes and I often find it pretty taste - this was no exception although if you are not an adventurous eater you may not like this soup.Overall, I would recommend this product.

Interesting Middle Eastern Soup
I want to start by saying that this product isn't for me. I just personally didn't like the taste. It had a sour odd taste to me with a little bit of tanginess. I had never tried Kishk as it is a cuisine from a different part of the world. I loved that it gave me an opportunity to expose my family to a menu item thata we were not familiar with. The directions were very easy to follow and complete. Nothing about this is overly complicated. This soup starter also makes a large amount. So it would be great for a large family or group. The taste is my first complaint, but the price is my second. This is a considerable amount of money for the product. While it does produce a lot, it still doesn't seem worth the price.
