This is just what I wanted to put in my unused fireplace to make it more appealing.

I really like this fake fireplace flame! It looks semi-realistic and lights up just like a real fire. You can choose to have just the heat on, just the light on, or both together. One cool feature is that it projects flame patterns onto the walls around it, which adds to the cozy, authentic vibe.It also comes with a remote control, which is super convenient, and the remote has a timer option so you can set it to turn off automatically—great for peace of mind.On the downside, it makes a faint noise when the heat is on—it sounds a bit like a distant vacuum. It also doesn’t produce as much heat as I hoped. Plus, it needs to be plugged in, which kind of breaks the illusion of a real fire.Still, it’s a great alternative to a real fireplace, especially if you want that cozy fire feel without the hassle of wood.

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what we wanted for this great price. If I were to wish anything different, it would be a little longer cord and more realistic looking "flames;" however, the way the lights bounce off the inside of our fireplace is creates a more than an acceptable "flame" look.

I am very pleased with my electric logs. The whole thing came assembled, I plugged it in and it looks great! It even has a remote control. I especially like the fact that I can have flame only or flame and heat. The flame has 5 levels. The fan is a bit noisy but you could easily get used to the sound, like a background white noise. Overall I am very pleased.
