At first I wasn’t sure what to expect never had one of these but after buying pillows left and right and still not finding something good. I decided to give it a try and took the plunge I saw several models that were crazy expensive. I’m a side sleeper so I needed support and firmness. So I decided to go with this one to try it I didn’t want to spend a lot and end up not liking it. When I recieved it I was unsure on how to use it it is something to get used to but! Once you find your way the rest is gravy. It has a little pump that helps with either making it firmer or softer depending on your preference! That’s what sold me I change my mind all the time about firmness but now I can have both! Over all it’s great I sleep good and I do t wake up with any pain or discomfort on my neck or shoulders as I used to recommend and great price !

I purchased as a gift for my relative who was having trouble sleeping w her new CPAP mask. She had never been a back-sleeper but discovered she needed to adopt that sleeping position in order to avoid moving the mask or lying on in (as a side-sleeper), thus shifting it out of place and being woken up by the noise and/or sleeping through it and losing the support of the machine. Anyway, she raved about it from day 1 and has successfully become a comfortable back-sleeper who does not have as many issues with the CPAP staying in place. It has replaced the 4 pillows that she used to have to cram all around her head and under her neck in order to simulate similar support. I spend my life assessing posture, and her head/neck/shoulders are much better aligned while using this pillow than with the other setups we tried. She (and I) highly recommend this affordable pillow for improved sleep and comfort.

First item I've ever had to return! Worst product I've ever bought! The only thing I liked about this product is how your head sits in the center of the pillow. I did think it was pretty cool that this pillow had an inflatable spot in the area where your neck goes, that's it, the idea! This pillow is so small and hard, Id call it a brick. It was the complete opposite of everything the description said it was. Its no where near a "standard size" pillow either I would list this product as a "travel size" pillow. If your looking for a very very firm/hard and small pillow then this product is for you. I struggle with neck pain and I woke up with my neck stiff, numb and killing me from one night's sleep, no thank you! I was really hoping this pillow would help with my neck pain, super disappointed.Thank you for reading!

This pillow is very supportive for sleeping on your side! It keeps you head and neck in perfect alignment!! For sleeping on your back, it wasn't quite as good for me. I could not find the right height for my neck when I was sleeping on my back. It was too high, and I even tried to deflate it flat and it was still too high. And maybe it wasn't the neck support that was the problem, there was no place for my head to sink in...if that makes sense. I think if the center area would be a bit deeper to allow the pillow to fit around the back of your head, then I can see where inflating and deflating would make a great difference for finding the correct position when sleeping on your back. Ultimately, I stopped using the pillow, as I always fall asleep on my side, but end up on my back during the night and I just could not find the perfect spot for sleeping on my back. I would have loved to continue to use it because the sides of the pillow for sleeping on your side is amazing!!

Like the support at the head. It’s very thick. Wish the arm spots were a little more supportive like thicker.Also wish the head spot was a bit wider cause some of us have big heads!I haven’t noticed much pain difference yet and it’s still a new item in my life.I did notice I got a headache prob cause it was squeezing my poor big head.It’s comfortable.Wish the foam was memory foam because I don’t think it is. It’s really firm when I like light-medium firm.It didn’t come with any directions to figure out how to make it less firm with the arm pump thing in the back of the pillow.Wish it also came with a pillow case that was specifically made for the shape of the pillow cause the texture of the pillow is kinda rough.BUYER BEWARE it smells like strong chemicals maybe even like a paint smell unsure for a hot min after opening. Which makes you wonder if this item is actually safe to be around my head. Since there is NO INSTRUCTIONS I don’t know how to wash it to get the stink out.I honestly am debating returning it but not sure if I can since it’s a pillow and they just have to throw the pillow away cause of health reasons even if you don’t have those health reasons it’s to protect others.

I love this pillow it works perfect the only downside is, it's too little, but the positive side it will be my traveling pillow neck support.I recently brought the Cushion cervical pillow and my neck don't like that pillow so it's going back to try there deep sleep pillow.Back to this awesome pillow it supports my neck perfectly I highly recommend it I'm sleeping on it now, I also found and pillow case for it I'm taking this pillow on my next cruise to romePlease make a bigger version of this pillow i love it thanks.
