Facilitates rapid and safe gas hose connections.
This is a brass coupling device which can be used to extend two lengths of LPG hose or to allow temporary connection and disconnection of equipment. It is comprised of two components. The end that is connected on the cylinder side has a cut-off valve so that even if the gas supply is on when disconnected it will self-seal, the other end is put on the equipment side of the junction.The coupler is fitted, secured and checked on both ends of the hose in the normal way. The coupling action is very smooth with no sticking or evidence of leak. To LPG users this is a very useful piece of equipment.

These work perfectly and it is so much easier to be able to connect gas appliances instantly rather than having to carry everything attached to each other.

Female coupling fits Cadac and male fits caravan gas point
I bought this as I needed an extra female connector to attach to a cadac push fit adaptor on a BBQ, the cadac versions are all very expensive and this does fit and seal with the cadac male connector. The male end fits into my caravan gas point, so with this and a length of suitable hose you could connect a cadac BBQ to a caravan gas point (NB NOT with a can with a bullfinch type gas point though). The connectors seem well made with a positive click on connection and are 100% gas tight. Really pleased and very economical compared to Cadac and Calor etc equivalents.
