Incorrect RAM â Received 4GB Instead of 8GB
I ordered this laptop because it was advertised as having 8GB of RAM, but when I received it and checked the system, it only had 4GB. This was disappointing, as I specifically needed the extra memory for my work.Iâve contacted the seller and am waiting for a resolution. Otherwise, the laptop looks and performs fine for basic tasks, but this kind of discrepancy is unacceptable for a product listing.I hope others donât face the same issue, and I would advise double-checking the specs before purchasing.

Worst laptop ever seen
This has been one of the worst tech purchases Iâve ever made. Right out of the box, the quality felt cheap, and things only got worse from there. Within just a few weeks, the charging port stopped working, making it nearly impossible to keep the device powered on without constantly adjusting the charger. Total frustration.To make matters worse, the keyboard started coming apart, with keys popping out and feeling completely unstable. The build quality is shockingly poor â it feels like this laptop was thrown together with no attention to durability or long-term use.If youâre looking for something reliable or even remotely decent, stay far away from this model. Itâs not worth the headache, even at a low price.

They sent me a faulty laptop with a terrible battery and a wrong charger,Ontop of that my refund is not getting processed for now 18 days
