Be carefull of battery life and warrantly
Sold as excellent and this PC has lots of great features it was immaculate in its appearance and performace. There was however a significant ommision in the description, the battery life is arround 4 hours and this unit had been cycled more than a 1000 time so difficult to undertand how it could be excellent in that respect. The offer to retrun was avaialble but by that time data and software loaded to much hassle. No offer of two warranty on the battery but Amazon underwtires one year

Loud fan noise, heating up & stopped charging
Just when I turned it on, the fan kept running whilst making a loud noise. It heated up and from nowhere the battery stopped charging. I wonder why they put up such on amazon. Its the first time I'm getting disappointed. AVOID buying from (Refurb IT MCR (VAT)). These guys knew about this loud fan noise & heating up but still put it up for sale. I'm so gutted because I have to now start the return process which is costly for I do not live in the UK.

Great little laptop
Great specs for a little tablet laptop - 6 cores with Hyperthreading, 32 GB RAM, NVME drive with about 2400-2700Mbps read. It's one of the ultra-light processors - a "U" model is only 1.1 GHz by default but has a turbo mode of 4.7 GHz.Construction and hinge are sturdy. Keyboard is good and backlit. Very usable as a tablet. The speakers have more bass than you'd think but are still just laptop speakers, a half-decent external speakers or headphones would be preferable. The USB C can do 4k@60hz. I've not tried using multiple simultaneously but it can definitely be docked for big screen productivity. There are a couple of minor differences between the model I got and the ome described.1: The screen I got is the one with a privacy filter. This is slightly noticeable even when not in privacy mode when using the device close-up as a tablet, also when sharing the screen (group projects, watching films together). It starts to get slightly dimmer and text starts to get harder to read (slightly blurred) nearing 45 degrees or so.2: The other thing was that Windows 11 was installed already - it wasn't Windows 10 with an option to upgrade. Not ideal but I imagien IdI got it "Refurbished - Acceptable". The unit itself had zero damage or wear visible but the battery life is probably lower than a "Refurbished - Excellent" model. There was no pen incuded. It didn't say there would be but I wasn't sure if that would be standard. This laptop was reviewed as "really good but expensive" at launch, but now it's the same price as a lot of other laptops that came out at the same time and it's still pretty good.

Battery life NOT good.
Battery life is NOT that good. It last roughly 3 to 4 hours max. Otherwise seems ok so far.

Very noisy when on
The weird noise this laptop makes it's so disgraceful. Imagine using a laptop in the library with such noise 😳 making people turn towards you.
