I have tried keeps and I didn't get results like I did with this product. My hair is soft, alot less tangled, thicker and my hair feels like it's getting the nutrients I haven't been getting from most shampoos I've used. The coolest thing is that it last for days. My hair didn't dry out or feel dry. It felt like I washed it that day when it's been days. I like to wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week. With this shampoo my hair stays nice till I wash it again. I'm a guy in my mid 40s with long hair, this shampoo works for me. It may for you give it a shot. I will be buying this again. Get your Conan the barbarian hair back.

I'm very happy. I feel like this biotin shampoo has instantly started repairing my very fine and thin(ning) hair that was breaking and becomingso knotted when washed. It immediately feels thicker and so soft right after washing and the thickness feel lasts for 2 or 3 days between washes (my hair is on the higher oil end). The shine is great too (using the avacado conditioner same brand) as well as a lovely scent, and my scalp feels so much better. Before switching it would be super sensitive days after wash, and that seems to have gone away with this shampoo. I've only been using it almost 2 weeks, washing my hair every second or 3rd day. I don't think that it is going to be great for dyed hair (box dyed), but I will have a better test as to fade results after I touch up my already-faded roots. Will be interesting to see if this helps regrow my thinned areas too in the longer run

A little background about me and my hair. My ethnicity gives me extraordinarily thick, slightly coarse, dense dark brown hair. I'm a strong believer in everything natural and fewer harmful chemicals. Striking a balance between what I consider beauty and keeping the ingredients natural has been a challenge. This shampoo gets my stamp of approval ,for the most part. The first two bottles I got worked well and smelled good, I was looking for something without silicone so I could try the curly girl method. The current bottle I have still seems to " clean"fairly well, maybe not quite as well. What I don't like about it is a strong acetone like odor that's some other reviewers have pointed out. My husband says it smells like apple cider vinegar though and I don't completely trust my own nose at times. Post-covid I think we should all question our sense of smells. Since smell hallucinations was a feature of that disease. I like that this cleans my hair but doesn't strip all the natural oils. Isn't too heavy, and since I'm not going for the Uber-hippie unwashed look, still makes me feel presentable and professional. I have no issue with the pump that comes with it. The ingredients list is slightly deceptive because vinegar and fruit extract are listed separately while the front claims that it's raw apple cider vinegar. However that's not a deal-breaker since I also purchase separately good raw apple cider vinegar to use on my hair as a conditioner and to remove mineral deposits from hard water. After an apple cider vinegar rinse my hair is always lighter fluffier and softer. I'd recommend it if you like more natural products: but remember if your hair is fine or different than mine you will not get the same results that I did.

So far this shampoo is excellent. Light fragrance is tolerable.

This is not just good for hair re-growth, it's a good shampoo. The bottle lasts a long time and the product works great. It's not an overnight solution, but after about 3 months of use, you can definitely see new growth filling in.

I like the shampoo and the results from the shampoo. It has a nice mild scent. My hair is not dried out from it, yet has some body. What I don't like is the bottle top, WHY do companies insistent on using pump tops for everything? The pump doesn't work and I have to open up the bottle in the shower and squeeze or dump out shampoo because they didn't also send another top as an alternative with this shampoo to use in case the pump doesn't work. And when I opened it, I noticed it wasn't even close to filled to the top of the bottle.

My second time ordering this shampoo. I like the low suds making it easy to rinse from my hair. I tried other product and went back to this brand.

I have fine, straight, medium length hair. It's impossible to see new hair growth after only using a shampoo for a couple weeks, so I can't say that the biotin is helping my folicles to grow hair any thicker or faster yet, but this is a great clarifying shampoo that leaves my hair and scalp very clean. Bonus, it smells good. It's not perfumey or heavily scented; slightly vanilla smelling but not overly sweet. I've also noticed that my scalp is not as oily as usual so I can go a day or two between washing and still wear my hair down for longer without it looking bad and needing to put it in a braid or a bun. This is an improvement! If this shampoo will help regulate my oily scalp then I will definitely see more volume. It does strip all the oils though, so I'm really careful to just use it on my scalp and still use a good conditioner for the ends.The matching conditioner however is not great. You know how conditioner should feel kinda slippery and help detangle your strands in the shower? It doesn't at all. It's like a thin lotion and doesn't do anything for the "condition" of my hair. I'll keep using the shampoo for now and rely on a better conditioner for moisture.
