Pretty identical to the feel of OEM for $10 cheaper
The OEM clip broke right where it breaks for everyone after 6 mo. Tandem rep basically told us "tough, here is link to Amazon where you can buy another for over inflated price". So I got this one. If it is going to last just as long, might as well save $10.When I got it, the case is SLIGHTLY different than OEM but it works and fits well and the clip is IDENTICAL to the OEM so I am GUESSING it would break again after around 6 mo. but at least I would have saved $10.Maybe the company who makes this can just sell the replacement clip for $5 or something like that and they will make a killing IMHO, looks like the belt clip just clicks on the back.

Item missing
My package should have had 3 orders within but only had 2 orders. The insulin pump holder clip was missing only received the vitamins and two toilet bowl control valves no insulin pump case was in the package

It's ok
The design could be better. Plastic belt attachment very sharp. The button area very tight to maneuver around. It's has a decent price and disposable.

Better than the original
When I first got my tandem insulin pump, I knew immediately I didn't like the holder that came with it. So I looked here, and found this one. The clip rotates, it holds the pump securely, but it's still easy to access everything you need.

I'm loving this case
As much as I hate the catheter from the tSlim I hate the way the device fell off my clothes all the time even moreThis case made my hate be a little less. I definitely recommend this case!

Broke after 9 months of use
Broke after 9 months of use and the company won’t replace even though they advertise a 365 day warranty period.
