I never used a harness ever but used this to climb a 50' tower was easy to put together and the large loops clips worked great to lock to tower.

Solid. Sturdy. Bought one for my husband to reboot the house. Then I bought my son one for his house.

I was recently doing some work on a very tall home for a client and it was so tall that I was uncomfortable without some form of safety gear to protect me if I want to fall.I ordered this and overall it's not bad. Better instructions would have been great to have received with this.The attachment is a bit cumbersome and it literally almost tripped me twice. That wasn't what I was hoping for.I also ordered some other gear that I was able to use in conjunction with this. Instead of using their attachments that snapped on to either side of the harness, I used an attachment that came with my climbing rope and I clipped it on to the harness instead. It was much safer and I didn't have other issues like tripping over things after that.

I have not yet completely unpacked this harness. I bought it because it was a good/low price and had the quality and features that I was looking for. Specifically the strap that connects the harness to the anchor rope is good. I already have another harness, this is in some ways an upgrade.It weighs quite a lot, more than my existing harness. I suppose that the weight may be proportional to the serviceability and quality.

Allow 4 to 12 hours to figure out how to set this thing up.Actually it looks like a well made harness. Problem is too many latches and connections for the average person.No instructions included. It might take a full DVD to explain setup.
