Delicious and fresh
I am not a pro at Indian cooking but I try out different recipes and this came up often as an ingredient. I tried to compensate with a variety of spices, including grinding up a bit of fenugreek seeds in my mortar and pestle. Although the results were always yummy, it was not quite as intended to taste. I'm so glad I found this spice because it is totally different than the seeds and gives a light, fresh flavor to dishes.

Great in my curried lamb meatballs!
I kept running into recipes for Indian food calling for this herb. I could not find it in any local store. I am so glad I bought it. It really does add something unique to curries. Good value and it will last for quite some time because most recipes don’t call for a lot.
