This is an excellent inspirational book about great achievements by some ice hockey players. This book is for both young people and old people. Some of the interesting information mentioned by the author of this book includes the following informtion: Greg Neeld was a hockey player who was blind in one eye who developed the first visor for hockey players. He was helping visually impaired hockey players. Gordie Howe's professional hockey career spanned from 1946 to 1997.

Great reading for a young ice hockey enthusiast
Purchased this book for my grandson who is 9 years old and plays ice hockey every week. He loved reading the true stories.I even got to hear how these well known skaters overcame obstacles. My grandson was so excited to share them with me.I want to get him more books for his birthday
