I used this for kettlebell sets and pull-ups with a bare steel bar. The powder settled even and stayed on through multiple rounds without reapplying. The sock didn't feel overfilled so it was easy to get a controlled amount without any waste or dust clouds. I kept it in a zip bag between sessions and it never clumped or hardened.

The kids use it on the playground and I use it in the gym works perfectly. Make sure you pull the rope closed tight or the chalk will fall out.

Works great. Just gets messy and need to put in ziplock bag or you will have chalk all over everything.

This absolutely does what you need it to do. Especially in the gym, it’s a good size ball all you gotta do is squeeze it a little bit and it covers your hands and then it transfers to the bar your benching, hanging on or pulling and you get a much needed better grip. I like that it’s in a bag because it doesn’t spill everywhere it’s pretty neat and I hang it in my gym and just squeeze it when I need some.This one is decently priced, very easy to use and looks like the bag will last a very long time, very good quality.5/5
