basically crap
print head keys didn't align with my Designjet 500. Broke off the keys to make them fit and only 1 head was recognized by the printer and it won't print. Total junk, avoid.

I installed 2 of these printheads and nether worked- just sent error codes

None of the heads recognized by the printer. Three of four had wrong keys to fit the correct slots.

New cheap heads just don't work.Follow up. NOT an Amazon delivered item. Ships direct from China, would have to return to China. Seller offers only $17 dollar refund. You would have to post it to China and spend considerable funds to get it there. They've already absorbed the shipping, so they are only willing to refund their profit while you keep/discard the non-functioning heads.

Total scam. Printheads were old / refurbished, dirty and not purgred with ink.Useless!!Just threw them in the bin!

None of the printheads where correct. Would not install in my printer.. All colors where in wrong printheads.Each print head is designed so will only fit in the correct color slot. I only got 1 to fit but my printer would not recognizeit had been installed. Working on returning all product. Very dissapointing and a big delay in getting my customers workcompleted.

Make sure it fits before purchasing, item description is not correct
Heads did not fit into the slot of my HP Designjet 111 as stated, when I asked to return the items they wanted me to pay postage to china. Bea careful what you purchase actually fits your machine.
