WHY DO THEY MAKE A GOOD PRODUCT - DIFFICULT
This is really a good quality "Bluetooth" speaker. It's easy to set up (took about 15 seconds.) The sound is not tinny, nor heavy base. It runs for 18 hours on one charge (I only used it for 5-6 hours,) It also comes with it's USB cable for charging. However, if you buy a DUAL a/c charging device - one for your phone, one for the speaker - you are all set to rock on.ONE problem (otherwise I would have given it five stars) IT IS DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY THE CONTROLS ON THE TOP: power button (on/off) and the volume buttons which are designated by a + and a - on top.I CAN NOT READ THEM! Why they "designed it this way" - some one was "asleep at the wheel."

Doesn't play well with a laptop
Doesn't work for me the way I use it. I use a laptop on my desk when I'm in the house that always has power along with a powered USB port. This speaker un-pairs from Bluetooth when the laptop hibernates or powers off, doesn't use the always-on USB connection to stay alive and wait when re-connected. Wouldn't be a problem, but it doesn't pair automatically when it wakes up. Have to manually power on the speaker and then it re-pairs. Went back to an el cheapo Bluetooth speaker that just works without manual intervention.Not too happy with the booming voice either when it pairs and un-pairs.

Worked well for about an hour now after several attempts to recharge works about 2 minutes and turns off
