Comfortable and durable
Very durable but comfortable design without being expensive. Easy and quick to use. The only issue I've had is creating a suction through the side vents, but it's not serious problem.

Works well but suction is an issue
It works and gives your jaw a workout but the suction pinches you cheeks.

A little big for most mouths
They do the job, but they are big and uncomfortable. I had to take an exacto knife and trim mine a bit because they are so big.I do like that they come with a case.

My jaws are getting stronger toned and also helped my face structure by making it look sexy af, I train my neck along with this method they go well together.

Donât recommend! They hurt the inside of my mouth and are way too big. Regret the buy.

Totally fine
It doesn't come with instructions if you're looking for exercises. But I'm sure you could look that up on the internet. I got this because I'm going through PT for my TMJ disorder. And all I need is something just to hold my mouth open while I'm doing my exercises of just holding. So this is an absolutely perfect for what I need.

Painful design
When you bite down, it creates a suction with all those little holes on the sides getting stuck to the inside of your cheeks, then when you release, it pulls hard on the skin of the inside of your cheeks. I guess they never tested this design which is not compatible with the mouth of a human being.
