Horrible experience with this. It worked great for about 3 months and then began making a very loud noise while running. That progressed into not running all together around 4/5 months in. Out of the window for an Amazon return at that point. I was directed to the manufacturer. I have been attempting to get a replacement from them for about 2 months now. Beyond frustrated with the whole experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Wanted to love this, but the display doesn’t work and motor makes a rattling noise when on. For some reason, Amazon won’t let me return it for a replacement even though I was within my return window.

It came with just the treadmill and nothing else. no instructions no cord and no controller. Bought a cord for it but can’t find another controller. Basically just wasted my money for something I can’t even use. Went on the actual website still nothing! So I have to buy another treadmill but I won’t be buying this brand again!

I like this product and my kids do as well. Seems decent quality and was the longest affordable walking treadmill i could find (I am 6'3") . I think that people having issues with noise are due to belt adjustment. I moved this to my basement and thought it was scraping the carpet but the belt was slightly out of alignment and I had to watch some generic youtube videos to adjust it. I do wish it was a little wider, had a better manual, and i have a bit of remote control anxiety especially with young kid that want to use it. You can not control the speed as far as I can tell with the App and the manual doesn't even mention it, if the control is on the app somewhere I can not find it. So never lose that watch remote. would make far more sense to have integrated controls on the machine.That being said, it works well, feels solid, was easy to set up, is longer than most products in this class, has a bar for stability, and functions well. For the price I paid $110, I am quite happy with it.
