GoogleNest Cam Outdoor or Indoor, Battery - 2nd Generation - 6 Pack, White

We have the google nest based products in our home. The google home app is simple to use. It was easy to add these devices!We got the indoor / outdoor battery cams and I also purchased the weatherproof cables.Its really nice with the cables as the video feed remains constant and the camera doesn't try to same battery.The cameras are easy to position, the magnetic base works great and is strong. The cameras are not too large and have good picture. I'm really happy with this purchase and it gives us a peace mind we have 360 degree view around or house. We have six cameras.

Works great also clarity is super good both audio and video

Not user friendly. Does not stay connected to WiFi. Only stores videos for 3hours unless they are plugged in, so the cordless battery operation is useless. Also, battery life is not good, have to charge constantly. DO NOT BUY

The cameras are incredible. I have them in 3 homes and looks at them every day. Installation is a breeze and set up is equally easy. Once you have the app, you can add the devices with ease. Install is as simple as screwing the base up and using the magnet to attach. Adjustment is a breeze and playback is very handy. From a security and monitoring perspective there is nothing better. I have added skins, different bases, solar panels, etc to a number of the cameras and they work incredibly well. If you want monitoring cameras, this is a no-brainer.

Good quality and easy to install. Google app is not as good of quality as Nest app. This product is more expensive than most cameras but quality is worth it.

I've always liked google cameras and while these ones are good, the battery life is horrible. Video quality is great, I love how far you can zoom. The ability to hear what is being said is also great. unfortunately if they are in a busy area with frequent motion, the cameras will maybe last 3 days.I had to turn them onto the lowest setting, meaning only 3 hours of recording, no audio, and only 15 seconds of recording at a time and with this setting a lot is missed. It certainly wasn't worth the amount paid, I'll be purchasing the corded ones instead.

I bought this kit after getting a single camera. They are all battery powered and it's shipped as a set of two 3 packs. Each 3 pack only comes with a single charger. So you get two chargers for six cameras that are supposed to take five hours a piece to charge to 100%.The discount for buying in bulk is completely lost when you have to buy individual chargers. I recommend you buy everything one camera at a time unless you are already planning to buy some extended cables.That's the other thing, they give you a ridiculously short cable and it's proprietary. So if you want 24/7 video (only supported on power [not solar]), you have to use these short cables or buy extended length chargers.Love the cameras, hate the rest. This is not a full solution in a box, it's upsell centric.

I like these the picture is pretty clear and it was easy to set the cameras up but the batteries don’t last long. I ended up buying the solar chargers for them.
