I have always wanted ones of these and have always been put off by the price. Then came across this one. I admit there was a problem with the first one I was sent as it did not like charging, support were amazing though and a replacement was sent out very quickly. Although it is not very clear in the instructions make sure you charge it up for 3-4 hours before the first use. The connection in the App is easy enough although it uses 2.4 GHz WiFi not 5 so I had add it manually, very easy to do though. The app is very good you can restrict areas and set the areas you want it to mop and those just to vacuum. You can set maps for different floors. The app has a load more functionality but only having had it a week I have not yet had a chance to investigate it all. While I am sure the more expensive ones have a lot more tricks up their sleeves this does just what I want at an excellent price.

I have tried many robo vacs .always got disappointed with the efficiency of the products. I am 95%satisfied with this SL68 which really makes our job less and keeps the home clean .a fantastic robotic vacuum . The after purchase warranty is also excell not they help us at every point . The 5% and 1 star less because it supports only 2.5 GHz network .not a big deal but we need to make 5GHz to 2.5 network. This is very easy to clean and mob . Vacuum. Have a fairly good capacity water tank also . I suggest this product . Out of many vacuum cleaners I used. SL68 is the best . Hair is an issue but it can be removed easily if it got tangled . I reLly appreciate the customer support by the company .. it really gets a 4.5starLove it

I can't speak of the items longevity as it only arrives today but I can say how good it performs.Easy to setup. The app is really good once you get to grips with it as it's not absolutely obvious what you need to do and there isn't a tutorial built into it but it's swept, vacuumed and mopped all of my house. I can this that this is going to be a great purchase

Downgraded to one star. It's very messy and not as good as I would have expected. I bought this unit over the SL60D as it claimed to have anti-siphon technology to stop leaking. That may work but when you remove the tank to change the cloth it leaks quite a bit so you have to wipe it up. Not only that but the inside gets wet and all the dust then sticks to the inside. It also seems to stop cleaning randomly for some reason, this might be a defect whereas the other is a design issue. I would recommend buying a unit where you have a separate dust and water tank units. UPDATE - 4 months in and the dust unit/water tank has a broken hinge, broken, and the clip to lock the cover has broken off. I was offered a full refund but only received around 66% of what I paid and when I questioned this the response was to go back to Amazon. I have yet to do this but I'm not impressed that a unit only months old has fallen apart and the refund is only 66% of what I paid for it

Love this hoover. Empty the dirt every 2nd day and fill with water and leaves your floors constantly clean and free of dust. It will pick up most dirt and floors left clean but won't get rid of bad stains but that doesn't bother me

This has made life so much easier it’s brilliant! I have two springer spaniels and live by the beach! Lots of mess but she deals with it all perfectly!

The robot mapped the house without any issues and did a great job. We were really impressed, especially given the price point. However, the motor failed after 3 weeks and then other errors started appearing (can’t detect dust box etc). No response from Lubluelu so I had to return the item for a refund. We really liked it and did consider a replacement of the same model, but given the clear quality issues, we’ve traded up to a Eufy now to see if it’s going to last longer.
