I have some sleep issues that hamper my ability to feel rested and energized when waking. I found this and and decided to give it a try. It definitely perks me up in the morning. Sometimes I take it mid-day if I'm feeling a little sluggish.The taste is good; tastes like cherries, although sometimes a bit tart. The dropper can sometimes be inconsistent, but aside from that, I really like this liquid b-complex. It's affordable daily energy in a bottle. Feels better than green tea; far less stimulating.

Be very careful using this, it can easily drip and stain things. Tastes like the old-time cherry cough syrup, which I don’t mind. It’s very difficult to get a full dropper, so I usually have to dip two or three times to get the proper dosage.

Truly life changing. I have so much more energy now. I feel like my battery was on 20 %. Now its on 110%. Im more energetic and just happier. I highly recommend. These are great vitamins. They have no taste. They are easy to swallow. And I feel better when I take these. These are a re-purchase for me as I take these daily mail for several months.

Vitamin B complex. Does not contain B1 but taste good. Does what is says. Thumbs up.

Not strong . A little weak. Flavor is ok. So works well if you don't have a High demand for b vitamins.
