Perfect size for my sourdough . I ordered a smaller one and felt that it needed to be a little bigger so I ordered this 9 inch and it’s perfect for me . It is easy to clean and well made. Some other reviews talk about things sticking but if you use enough flour it won’t stick at all. Comes with the liner as well. Will def order again.

I love this banneton at a great price.
I'm at a point in my sourdough bread making where I really needed to graduate into using a banneton. I drooled over the more expensive ones, but am retired now a few years and can no longer purchase high end. Also, did NOT want one made in China. I've had many Vietnamese friends over the years in SF and now a few here in my new city, so was pleased to find this one made in Vietnam. Supporting this country really does mean something to me. This banneton is on the cheaper end, especially when looking at the top edge, but, hey guys, who's lookin.' I'm interested in the functionality of it and it's performing great! When you get yours home, remove the banded cover, which is simply a cover to use, when you're storing your banneton on a shelf. Take your new banneton and spray the heck out of it, allowing it to dry thoroughly. When you're ready to use it, bring out some all-purpose flour, plus some rye flour. 1st: pat a/p flour into the rings of your banneton. Yes there will be excess. Using your fingers, work the excess out and into your sink, trash or onto a paper towel. Now, add 1/4 cup rye flour and swirl and press it into your banneton, taking care of the excess the same way. Your new banneton is ready for your dough. None of my doughs have stuck to this banneton. Just 3 days ago, I purchased another one for my daughter's birthday, along with a Dutch Whisk. Both are super!

Perfect for starting a new hobby
I ordered for my hobby of spending money on hobbies I tend to stop doing. Its the perfect size and easily cleans. I think it came with a few accessories that are useful. It was thoughtfully packed like a gift and even came with a little card.
