I've been taking these for a month, along with Nattokinase (a different Proteolytic Enzyme).I have combined this with a drastic reduction in my sugar/carb intake, a proper vitamin regime and some stiffer hiking boots - because issues like this need a multi-pronged attack.I seem to be experiencing good results thus far - the pain in my feet has massively reduced, but it will take further experimentation to discover whether these work as a standalone product or not.

These are meant to help with the gut so I took my chance with them and so fat I think they have worked. The capsules are easy to swallow and I am more regular now. Good value for money at 11p per capsule. Will be buying again

45 days supply make these pretty good value for money.I've been taking them for a week and haven't noticed anything different at all about the way that I feel.Maybe it's too early to tell, but I also have a very healthy diet anyway, so maybe these won't make much difference at all. I'll keep going with the packet and see if I notice and discernable change in the way that I feel and this will determine whether or not I place a repeat order.
