I love being able to combine elements from different pods to make my coffee. I buy Dolce Gusto milk pods, then add coffee from either Nespresso pods or by using ground coffee. It couldn't be easier to use, the water tank is enough for 3 or 4 drinks, depending on their size, and the control panel is very straightforward. I wouldn't be without this machine now!

I was loving this machine until today as it has suddenly stopped working. It was a Christmas present for my partner who I broke up with over a month ago so the machine hasn’t been used much as I only drink coffee a few times a week and not every day. Today I turned on the machine as usual to make a coffee and all the lights have started flashing. I have unplugged it and left it for a while, plugged back in and it’s still doing the same thing. I’m so annoyed as I bought it on a three month payment plan and have literally just finished paying for it.Very expensive for a man that only works for three months!

The media could not be loaded. Worth the money. I like the fact that we are not limited to just 1 brand and can try out different brands. I wish the tank was bigger but that would just make the whole thing big. It not loud at all. And works well with an extension cord.

Ordered this one as the last machine(only had 4 days) only produced warm water not hot. This machine however is excellent, it has multiple heat settings for your water, but the best thing is that it will take 5 different types of pods etc. this is excellent as I often buy in bulk and see some great deals on different pod types so can get whichever ones are available. Only had this machine 2 weeks but so far so good! Awesome.

Purchased yesterday. I watched some YouTube tutorials. Quite easy to use.A minor problem is the water dip tray is a bit small. Few drops of coffee will be dropped when removing the Nespresso adapter out. DG & ESE has not this problem.

Bought this machine at Christmas. We have one already, a cheaper version in our bedroom. Saw this one, loved the colour and the fact it does different pods. It work well, but the pods come out full of liquid! Also the handle is very stiff and feels like it could break. Very hard to push down and lock. I did hope over time and plenty of use it would improve, but NO!Wish I had just bought the cheaper version for £40. Too late to send back.

Easy to use. Gives me more choice on coffee pods.
