Kitchen Cutlery Wonder
Hello everyone! In a world filled with countless kitchen cutlery options, you might wonder why you’d need yet another tool. Allow me to share my experience. After using this incredible stainless steel cutting board, we were overjoyed to replace not one, but two cutting boards with this versatile, two-sided treasure. I’ll be honest—it took me a little time to adjust to cutting on the steel side, but now, there’s no going back! This cutting board has truly transformed my kitchen experience, making it a must-have for any home chef.

A good substitute for the usual cutting boards.
Used it for the first time for raw beef. The meat didn't slide on the metal surface and my cuts were clean w/o feeling I was cutting into my former wooden board. I haven't tried the non metal side yet. The best part is the metal surface cleans up very quickly with soapy hot water. No more soaking in soapy bleach water. I tried it and was done. It's a good size so be able to butterfly roasts, trim meats/poultry and any other meats needed to be prepped. It is a little hefty which is good so that it doesn't slip and/or move while using. My only dilemma is finding a convenient place for storage.

Good quality for your money
I like the dual side and quality of the product. I prefer to use one side for proteins and the other for produce, which is why I find a two-sided board helpful. It reduces the waste of having multiple cutting boards.

Quality cutting/serving board.
I like the brand. LOVE my new cutting boards. 4 stars only cause i don’t have all the info.I got it for the antibacterial quality of the metal side. It’s a brushed metal. The steel side is exactly what it looks like, the opposite side, for fruits and vegetables, is a textured plastic made from …. I keep thinking bamboo but not sure they say what it’s made from, but it’s a harder surface than most non-wood cutting boards so not complaining, will see how it stands up over time.I expect the pretty side to get pretty scarred up, not having any high expectations.Despite any of these observations, it makes an impressive, quality looking serving tray, great price, AND easy to clean (it’s a bit heavy).

Not As Good As I Hoped
Not as happy with as I thought I would be. The stainless side is very slick once it gets wet which is the suggested side to use for meats. I cut some raw chicken on the stainless side and I had to make sure I had a good hold of the chicken while slicing. It will dull your knife also cutting on the stainless side and scratch with the first cut. I figured it would but wanted to give this a try first thinking about the supposedly better hygiene with a stainless steel board. The other side, which is suggested for vegetables works great. I’ll keep it as a backup but I doubt I will use the stainless side. I’ll stick with my wooden boards for meats.
