Great for supination!
I have an issue with supination, to the point where it was hurting my ankles and even up into my knees. I am on my feet all day and these have been a lifesaver! I like that you can stack them to the height you need and they are very comfy. One of the best buys I think I've made in a long time.

Adjustable Supination
The media could not be loaded. During the course of a typical workday, I take between eight and ten thousand steps, most of which are taken on concrete warehouse floors. With the passage of time, my right shoe always seemed to be more worn on the outside edge, and my knees would convey a dull warning that tomorrow will feel the same as it did today. I made the decision three weeks ago to give these adjustable inserts a fair trial. I did not change my shoes or miss shifts; rather, I just slipped them under my regular insoles and continued living my life as I normally would. I maintained a brief journal on my phone, and the entries tell a narrative of little victories that accumulated over time until even the most routine walks felt notably different. During the installation process, which took less than a minute, I walked down the hallway while lacing my shoes. After approximately 10 steps, my heel shifted into a new angle that felt strange, but after that, it dissolved into a sensation of level weight. The true surprise occurred when I looked at my image in a shop window when I was walking to lunch. My shoulders were level, and my ankles were going in a straight line rather than tilting. After working a double shift, I often stretch by leaning against the door of the vehicle before getting behind the wheel. This time, I just sat down, fastened my seatbelt, and realized that I hadn't given any care to my knees during the whole day.

Almost perfect...
I have always had a problem with overpronation and walk on the outside of my feet, which makes it so that I can't walk a straight line, even when perfectly sober. I've seen numerous podiatrists, all of whom told me I'd need surgery, or sold me expensive inserts that did nothing for me. I even asked a few who made custom inserts based on foot molds to make for me exactly what these do. Suspiciously, they all refused. So, these look like exactly what I'd been asking for, they were not expensive, and I'd find out for sure if what I wanted was just a stupid request, maybe being the reason the docs would never make them for me. Here's what I found out:I wear "barefoot shoes" that I had bought 2 years ago to try to "re-wild" my feet. They helped a lot, but not enough. Once I put these inserts in, I found I need all 3 layers to adjust my feet. This has been happening over time. I've had these inserts for 4 months and find that I am quantifiably improving, even when I have no shoes on at all. It feels weird to walk "normal", but I love it.The cons: There is a black gel part that I assume is the base layer, and two clear inserts that I assume go on top. The black gel filled part that I used alone initially, lasted about 3 weeks before shedding the edges and losing a small amount of gel. I then ended up adding the other two layers on top of the black part, and that seemed to not only stop the black part from further destruction, but made my walking so much better. While the black part should be more durable, I LOVE THESE THINGS and will buy again, if needed. These have been the biggest help to my foot problems, way cheaper than podiatrists and their "professional" products, and WAY better than unnecessary surgery and healing time. Don't expect overnight results, but you should start seeing results within a month of use. I've worn them 4 months now, and still improving.Try these. I think you'll come to the same conclusions I did, and will likewise be grateful.

These Wedge Inserts Saved My Favorite Shoes!
The media could not be loaded. After noticing my favorite sneakers were wearing down unevenly on one side, I decided to try these heel wedge inserts to see if they might help. I've been using them daily for about a month now in different pairs of shoes. The three-layer design is really clever - I started with just one layer to get used to the feeling, then gradually added the second layer after a week. The material quality is impressive - the silicone top layer has a honeycomb pattern that provides nice cushioning and doesn't slide around in my shoes. What I really like is how versatile they are - I've used them in everything from my work boots to casual sneakers without any issues. They're easy to transfer between different shoes and the clear ones are practically invisible in my sandals. The black pair is a bit more noticable but still discrete enough. After a few weeks, the sticky backing did collect some lint and lost some grip, but following the instructions to wash them with soap and water and letting them air dry completely restored the stickiness. They take up a bit of room in tighter shoes, so you might need to loosen laces a bit to accommodate them. I've also noticed they do compress slightly after all-day wear but bounce back after resting overnight. One minor complaint is that the edges can be felt slightly in thinner-soled shoes, but this isn't an issue with most of my footwear. I've definitely noticed more even wear patterns on my shoes since using these inserts, which should help my favorite pairs last longer. These are a good value considering you get three pairs with different thickness options in the package.

didn’t work for us
my daughter is starting to develop planters fasciitis so I bought these to help with her occasional pain. Unfortunately, they did not help much at all. She complained that they slid around inside of her shoe so we eventually bought a full sized orthotic which seems to be helping better.
