Been taking this for years. It has been the quickest way to feel better after my iron drops. I usually feel better within days. Definitely take with electrolytes

This tonic is good to use and gives pleasant results.
I'm still trying it out. I got 2 bottles , the extra one I don't remember asking for. Lol. I haven't took it long so I'm hoping it will give my body more energizing , stamina , and just plumb ole great bodily results that nothing else ever done. The taste is ok. The only culprit , it keeps me going to the bathroom and cleaning me out, lol. I guess that's not bad either. U better be near a toilet cause it's gonna do what it do. Not diuretic, but soft stools. I'm expecting to see more higher energy swings as the days go by . I can feel a little boost of energy for I'm not so tired these days lately. Not bad at all. No complaints on my behalf.
