Jar is too hard to twist to start operating it, its not user friendly at all, asked for replacement but it's 3 days past it didn't arrive. Disgusted with the product and support. No way to return the item. Is Customer paying to buy defective item from Amazom. Please intiate full refund of money.

It’s a good product overall. However, when I ordered it the first time, I received a defective unit. On my second purchase, one of the 6-blade jars was jammed. I contacted Inalsa customer care, and they arranged a service for it.My main concern is that, even after buying a new product, I had to visit a service center due to a slight defect in the jar.So overall, my experience with the product is okay—not 100% satisfying, but acceptable.
