If it’s Halloween and you want to look like the haulk, this is for you. Canister drips the green dye when used properly. Comes off easy too. There is no foaming, no grass growing, just a green hand and shoe. This is a horrible product and should not be considered.

My husband and I used this product to fill in a pretty big patchy spot in our yard. The grass is starting to come up now and it feels so soft and it’s very green and pretty! I will say it took a bit longer to come up than originally stated on the paper but that could be due to our soil and the amount of sun/heat/environmental factors. Overall I definitely recommend this product!

The package consists of:• A bag of grass seed• A vial of "Mousse Concentrate"• A reservoir (bottle) for mixing• A dispenser head, with a garden-hose connection, for delivery (spraying)• A "quick-connect" adapter for users with that kind of garden hose connection.Preparation includes:• Fill the reservoir about 2/3 full with water• Add the grass seed and "Mousse Concentrate"• Screw on the dispenser head and shake up the contents a little• Connect a garden hose and turn on the water.The dispenser has a plastic tube that descends into the reservoir. During application, the green seed/mousse mixture is aspirated up into the water stream, and is sprayed out the spout. The dispenser has a valve, but delivery isn't really satisfactory unless the valve is fully open. Once started, the unit delivers "Hydro Mousse" for only 60 to 90 seconds. After that, it's just clear water.The instructions suggest a "dry run" – spraying water only – to get used to the delivery. This is a good idea, considering that the "window of time" is so short.There's nothing deceptive about the advertising or packaging, and the unit performs as described – it's just that 50 square feet is really not very many, and that's all you get. The system doesn't lend itself to occasional use on areas of one or two square feet. If it did, the product would be more useful. It did produce grass, and the "Moussed" areas were obviously green after spraying; but for the effort and expense, it's a pretty brief experience.

Yes it sprayed the grass seed but the hydromousse did not work all it did was dye the color of the water. It also did very little area we ended up adding our own grass seed.

I bought this hoping to regrow some grass in a spot where I had our kids playground setup that was previously covered with mulch and a weed barrier. The kids no longer play so I wanted to turn it into a grassy sitting area.I tried regular seed and watering with no luck, so I figured I'd try this, but it was just more wasted money and time.The "improved foam" is little more than green dye that only really gives you a general idea of where you're spraying, but there's really not any foam to speak of and what did spray dissolved right away. A few minutes later and you can't even tell I sprayed the area.It was easy to use, so I'll say that much, but that's all its got going for it.

The grass did grow as stated but the applicator lacks engineering. You have to hold it upright, if it is sideways, the grass and moose will leak out. The handle is hooked, don’t know why and after I was finished, there was grass seed in the bottom that didn’t get used. However, after only 7 days, I have 1” grass growing.

Very user-friendly and clear usage instructions. Product performed as advertised.I utilized product in a large bare area after cutting down a pine tree. Within 3 days, I had grass sprouting. Would definitely recommend.

This product as seeding Mousse is totally a failure. There was no mousse just green water. It stained my concrete driveway and sidewalk and mostly just drained away, not staying where itcwas supposed to. Don't buy this product it's no good.
