Swanson Vitamin B-Complex w/Vitamin C - Natural Supplement Promoting Stress Relief, Energy Support & Aiding Immune Health - May Support Metabolism & Nervous Health - (100 Capsules)

I did a ton of research for a proper B complex that I like with the %/formulations I wanted. This is a well balanced B-comp with no stuff in it that shouldnt be there and a good DV% of the B vitamins. I also liked the way it works. I am giving it 5 stars for that reason BUT BEWARE...I bought these B complex in March. It is now September. Out of seemingly nowhere they have a bunch of black spots (MOLD) inside them and smell absolutely RANCID. I almost threw up after sniffing the bottle. Can't get the smell out of my nose/brain an hour later.I assume we must have let it get too hot in the pantry/house here in the fall when switching between ac and heat for overnight and then forgetting to switch it back to AC during the next hot day.*KEEP these from getting over 75 degrees!!! If you see black spots on the yellow powder THROW them away and DO NOT SNIFF!!! I am about to puke just thinking about it. I had another bottle of older (diff brand) B complex in there and they rotted too so I cant blame this brand.EDIT: I ordered new ones and they arrived fine. Still have a slightly weird smell but not rancid like when they molded. Keep them cool and close tightly.

This stuff is great, and much cheaper for all you get in comparison to many other more expensive brands. I have not only suffered with occasional anxiety for years, but its also been accompanied by heart palpitations that have always stubbornly hung on even with trying other supplements that are supposed to help. With this stress complex, not only am I noticing a big difference in how relaxed I am, but its also made a big dent of the number and intensity of my palpitations. Is just how well this works in my head? Who knows, it could be. But all I can tell you is that I have tried other stress formulas like Mood Support and True Calm only to find that this has made a much bigger difference in how I feel emotionally, and physically. Not only does this stuff work great, but like all Swanson brands I have used, its also very reasonably priced. The only thing I have noticed with it is what another reviewer here has mentioned. Your pee will take on a much brighter yellow color as some of its formula just runs right through your system. But its harmless and more than enough stays inside you and is absorbed to be very effective. Overall really good stuff that works great and comes at a very fair price.. Highly recommended.. : )

Great source of energy , capsule makes it easy to swallow. This by far has been the most efficient and effective vitamin B that I have used. Absorbs quickly.

This is the first B-complex I have taken that I have had no hives or reactions to. I think the key is that it's a lower dosage of each B vitamin. If you read the percentage of daily value on the back of the label, it's still in excess of the recommended dose of B vitamins, and I'm convinced it's enough. People should also be aware that too much Vitamin B-3 or B-6 can cause serious side effects. Less is more. Also, it's nice to find a B-complex with Vitamin C included, and this formula has it. I'm so happy to have found this formula. I think I've found my new go-to B-complex.
